Answers to Common Logistics Questions


Is delivery included in the price listed?

We run our own logistics around the south coast. Alternatives can be arranged at the buyers expense for areas outside of our delivery area. Also customers are welcome to collect items themselves from one of our warehouses or drop-off locations.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We require payment prior to shipping, which can be made via paypal, bank transfer or in cash.

What is your return policy?

Items that have been purchased but have not left our warehouses can be cancelled, however once shipped transportation fees will be required to be covered by the customer unless the fault is ours.
