Deep clean, inspection, calibration and routine consumables where specified.

Annual Service

Boiler checks, flow/pressure testing, calibration and a written report.

Deep Descale/Boiler Service

Scale removal and internal cleaning where performance issues are identified.

Grinder Strip & Clean

Burr inspection, deep clean and calibration for consistent dosing.

Filter & Hardness Check

Filter assessment/replacement and hardness testing to protect boilers.

Site Health Check

Multi-machine inspection with prioritised recommendations.

Service visit

From £90 locally (parts extra). Fixed costs confirmed before work proceeds.

Coverage

Isle of Wight & South Coast locally; UK-wide by arrangement.

Scheduling

Usually within 7–10 working days; faster by request.

How often should I service?

At least annually for commercial use, with more frequent care on high-volume sites.

Do you service all machine types?

Yes — bean-to-cup, traditional espresso, grinders, water boilers and dishwashers.

Will I be without the machine?

We schedule to minimise downtime. Most single machine services are completed same-day.

Do you provide a report?

Yes — you’ll receive a written service report and recommendations.
