The Iberital IB7 3 Group is a high-volume commercial espresso machine designed for busy cafes and restaurants. It scales up the vintage-inspired design of the IB7 series into a large-format workstation capable of producing over 300 cups per hour
 
Design & Build
Aesthetic:
Features a retro-modern design with metallic-effect panels and visible rivets, reminiscent of mid-20th-century machines.
Recyclability:
Approximately 95% of the machine is constructed from recyclable materials.
Lighting:
Integrated LED barista lighting illuminates the work area, and the touchpads are back-lit with white LEDs for better visibility in low-light environments.
 
The 3-group model features a significantly larger boiler and higher power draw than the 2-group models to handle peak service with mono boiler system with automatic refill
 
Hardware: Features 2 stainless steel steam wands and 1 anti-splash hot water outlet.
Controls: Programmable back-lit dose buttons (4 per group plus continuous) and volumetric control
 
Performance & Control
Electronic Dosing: 
Each group head features four programmable dose buttons plus a continuous brew option for volumetric consistency.
Pre-infusion: 
Includes a pre-infusion function that saturates the coffee puck at low pressure before full extraction to reduce channeling and improve crema.
Boiler Protection:
Equipped with an automatic boiler fill system and a heating element protector to prevent damage if water levels are low.
